Please email us prior to making payment in order to calculate the exact shipping fees. A Paypal invoice will then be sent to you so that you can pay for your order. You do not need to have a Paypal account to make payment.

Please indicate which product(s) you are interested in on the subject line of the email.*

Additionally, please state what turntable model you are installing the product(s) on.

Finally, please provide your shipping address in order to calculate shipping fees.

You will receive a response to your inquiry very quickly so your order can be completed within 24 hours, usually only within a few hours, depending on Geographic location.

We cannot respond to any inquiries sent from an Outlook.com email address.

Payment terms

All payments must be in U.S. currency.

Please make sure that your Paypal address is current and correct since this is the address your order will be shipped to.   If the address submitted is incorrect, or a refund is requested following payment, a refund will be given minus the Paypal fee that we pay for the transaction.

Shipping information


All (in stock) products are shipped within 48 hours following placement of your order. All items are packaged securely.  Shipping is via First class mail, USPS insured Priority mail, or Fedex. Fedex shipping is only available for domestic orders.

The carrier will send you tracking information for your package via email after your order is processed.

Please make sure that your Paypal address is current and correct since this is the address your order will be shipped to.

International orders

Please provide your country of residence to calculate exact shipping fees when placing an order.  Below are estimated fees as of 2022. Transit time may vary depending on how quickly your country's customs department processes your package. We have no control over the speed in which your package moves through the customs process. Customs forms are filled out appropriately so that the process can move forward without issue. Tracking information for First Class airmail post is not available in all countries. Purchasing more than one item will save you money on shipping fees.

VAT (value added tax) charges are applicable in certain countries. It is the responsibility of the customer to pay any VAT charges if they are imposed.
