Please contact us prior to making payment in order to calculate the exact shipping fees. You will be given the total cost at that time. On the rare occasion the product you ordered is temporarily out of stock, we will provide you with a target ship date.

Please indicate which product(s) you are interested in on the subject line of the email.* Additionally, please state what turntable model you are installing the product(s) on.

Finally, please provide your shipping address in order to calculate shipping fees.

Shipping information
All products are shipped within 48 hours following placement of your order. All items are packaged securely.  Shipping is via USPS insured Priority mail or Fedex.

The carrier will send you tracking information for your package via email after your order is processed.

Please make sure that your Paypal address is current and correct since this is the address your order will be shipped to.


International orders:   Please provide your country of residence to calculate exact shipping fees when placing an order.  Below are estimated fees as of February 2013 for INSURED USPS Priority International post which takes 6 to 10 days for delivery. You may also request Express Mail post for additional cost.  Transit time may vary depending on how quickly your country's customs department processes your package.

Purchasing more than one item will save you considerable money on shipping fees.

VAT (value added tax) charges are applicable in certain countries. It is the responsibility of the customer to pay any VAT charges if they are imposed.
